All good experience from the booking , having to change as we were unavailable and being able to book the day we would be in.
The updates and opportunities to change as the appointment became nearer if this was still unsuitable
Communication from the gas engineer on when he was coming to the house and friendly easy to talk to engineer.
It was quick and efficient, although these are never as thorough as they used to be .

The heating engineer arrived on time. He was very polite. After assessing the situation he carried out his duties in an efficient and timely manner. He then assured us everything was as it should be, giving us peace of mind. He then cleared up and left as if he had never been there. Excellent service.

Just signed GasSure agreement. Super easy process, great communication from booking the initial inspection through to engineer attending. Engineer on time, friendly and informative.

Received all my documents via email within 30 mins of engineer leaving. Exvellent Service and a comprehensive value for money alternative to Scottish Gas Home Care.

Engineer Rory very pleasant & did a good job ,advising of how better to control temp of water.
However I am not so positive re your AI assistant. Beats me that you believe it to helpful particularly for older persons
