If your laptop is like your right arm - or in my case, my left one - then that feeling that you might have to be parted from it for any length of time can fill you with dread. Fear Not! JAM-TEK were on hand to help me! I phoned them and my call was answered immediately; no message saying I was in a queue. It was answered by a real person - Mark. I explained to Mark what had gone wrong and he understood the urgency of the situation. He advised me to drop it off with them and they would look at it and repair it within the day - as long as they didn't find anything too serious. Mark was as good as his word. I dropped it off in the morning and collected it later in the afternoon. Their office and drop off is extremely easy at Rendlesham, with parking outside. Both Mark and Jamie are extremely approachable and professional. They REALLY know what they are talking about and explain things in easy language. They are very reassuring and competent. They repaired my laptop and serviced it too. Rates are extremely competitive. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! I am so relieved and pleased that they were able to help me. Mark at JAM-IT is a personal friend and I run a small Business in Nottingham. JAM-IT listened to my requirements/problems and provided my business with an affordable solution that met my needs and some.

They sourced me a laptop that was suited to my needs. where other companies had tried to rip me off with something my business simply did not need.

JAM-IT then transferred all of my software and data, Sorted a back-up system for me using existing software I already owned. (did not even know this was possible) So it has cost me nothing extra.

They even set-up my mobile, to work with my laptop and documents, and sorted a temporary fix on my e-mails so I can receive e-mails from my official e-mail address on my mobile, which will then be sorted once JAM-IT have finished building my new Website.

I am no techie but every step has been explained so I am fully aware of what is going and how it all works.

They also offered me advice on the future for example I have some software which I have just purchased it was a home user license, however the business version offers me so much more flexibility.

So rather than making a quick quid JAM-IT have bookmarked it in there calendar to contact me when my current subscription runs out and the will work with me to transfer to the business version.

Mark and JAM-IT have transformed the way I do business truly exceptional.

Jamie and Mark are very knowledgeable, professional people who helped Universal Converting Equipment move from an analogue phone system to a new a VoIP system and install a new leased line. Both parts of the project were a complete success which can be attributed to them entirely. The new systems have greatly improved communication and productivity in the office and any interaction we had with Jamie or Mark during various stages of the project was excellent.
