ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE - SUCH KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL STAFF. Dan and Tom in the office spent lots of time going through the various options available to me with regards to a neighbouring knotweed issue. they answered all my questions even though it was an unusual case, and suggested i have an exploratory dig conducted at my property. Gary the surveyor visited at 8am in the morning and stayed, digging with our digger operator until 4.30 in the afternoon. I had no idea what it would entail and assumed he would have been and gone within an hour. he spent the time checking our garden perimeter metre by metre and thanks to his persistence and thoroughness, we have now got a very clear picture of what we need to deal with. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Japanese Knotweed limited and I will without doubt be using them for the next stage of the process.
