It has been 1.5 years since this company installed 4kW solar pannels along with a hybrid inverter and battery in my property.
In general, the system still works and serves its purpose - thank you Jax Sun Services Ltd. Some pros and cons from my experience with this company.

PROS:-
1) Overall, it was a very competitive cost at the time. It did come with the trade-off ( no MCS certificate), but this was my own decision that I made.

2) Very responsive sales person to deal with any kind of related queries and requests (before full payment was made).

3) At the time, it was a huge shortage of components and long lead times. I felt that the company went above and beyond to manage everything and supply the service as soon as possible.

4) The company reacted to and addressed installation/ functionality issues and concerns (before full payment was made).

5) DNO was informed and application submitted.

CONS:-
1) After sales support (when funds were paid in full) is pretty much nonexistent.

2) Quality of electrician work was questionable (damaged property, battery not grounded, no certificate provided).

3) Provided invoice was of the poor quality and didn’t include most of the services provided. No updates were possible.

4) Requests to provide electrical instalation certificate and other relevant documentation were ignored by the company. Documents were needed for my electricity supplier so I could feed in to the grid without the MCS certificate. It's concerning that the work was carried out by a real electrician.

3 starts because of very poor after sales support, which is important to me as a customer.

brilliant experience called the company regarding existing panels in property recently moved into very quick to arrive diagnosed the panels and got them up and working great knowledge even explained the tariffs and best way to use the system defo be using them for the upgrade.

I would recommend this company. The service was very quick. They are very knowledgeable about solar panels and storage batteries. I was impressed how helpful they were in helping me with my problems. Especially John. Mr Judd.

Sadly I’ve not had a great experience with this company after having solar panels and a battery installed. They are not regulated or registered and have not responded to my request for the electrical certificate for installation nor advised my local building control. This for me means I cannot export nor sell my property in the future without having the electrics signed off.

These guys are mustard. Firstly they installed an amazing system which worked perfectly for us. Then me and my wife decided to buy a new house, they then set everything up at short notice to collapse the system ready to install at our new house. If you're after solar these are the firm to do it. Best price best quality and all round good eggs.

I can not recommend this company. They took four months to rectify a problem.They left their detritus behind and refused to answer my polite phone calls.

I had my old Danfoss inverter replaced by a SolarEdge one with Optimisers to each panel. Excellent service and price. I had WiFi readout problems on my smartphone initially but they very promptly came back and reset my phone to the inverter and now all seems good. Really nice people to deal with, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Thanks to Jax sun service I now have a fixed roof, professional from the first phone call, to fixing my roof and ceiling. They have lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. If I need my roof fixing or problems with my thermal panels again they will be first on the list to call.
