From 1st enquiry response (which was quick) , 1st site visit, quote then completed works Jake was highly professional & has exceptional customer service. Everything was clearly explained with regards to how the work would proceed. Every trade that came were fantastic. The place was left clean & tidy throughout the works process. JCW completely rewired my old house over five days. I am very satisfied with the work. I found the company to be highly professional and unfailingly courteous. The price was competitive and fair. This was not an easy job and required a lot of rerouting and the installation of a new fuse board. I highly recommend this company.

Jake and his team installed new down lights, sockets in addition to upgrading the consumer unit. I found Jake to be very professional and his quotes were fair. He updated the quotes when things changed during the works and made sure I was only charged for the work completed. Both he and his team respected my property and I have had no issues with the work completed by his team.

Jake was amazing come out straight away on an emergency call out to fix my bathroom light pull cord! Had the bit on the van and fitted there and then, highly recommend and will be using for future work.
