Anne is a wonderful individual who treats her customers with uncomplicated professionalism. Her prices are very manageable and her tailoring is on point. I took two items of mine that had red wine spilled on them and she had them back to me perfectly clean in a reasonable time. I have brought her several of my pants to hem and all have come back exactly to my specifications. This is a fantastic neighborhood cleaners/tailoring spot.

I had such an outstanding experience from Jefferson Cleaners. I was recommended by a close friend of mine who had a lot of confidence in the staff due to her own personal experience using their services. I had a dress that was ordered for an event that was poorly designed measurement wise and zipper. I needed a dress let out badly. The staff understood my time crunch and made it happen SO QUICKLY! I was shocked! The dress came out beautifully and I never felt so cared for by a business and staff ever. It was excellent. The job was done so well and so considerate of when I needed and not to mention the price was more than reasonable considering the job that I was asking to do and the timeframe. Outstanding job. True professionals and respectful people. I know I asked for a big and stressful job but they prioritized my needs and I am extremely grateful. You cannot put a price on confident caring service!

I needed a jumpsuit hemmed 2 days before leaving for a wedding. They did it for me at a reasonable price and it looked perfect. The other spots I asked said it would be at least a week or quoted me a ridiculous price since I was in a pinch. I’ve taken my suits to dry clean there too and have no complaints!

By far the best dry cleaner anywhere in the DC metro - I wish it were possible to give them six stars. This place really cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure that each experience is as positive as possible. Incredible customer service, fast, friendly, good prices, and environmentally friendly - what more could you ever want from a dry cleaning business?

Extremely overcharged for a dress. $37 for a simple gown from Lulu's, no beading, no sleeves, not a luxury material, no staining, is crazy! Yes it was long, but I've had the same dress cleaned elsewhere for under $20 withing the last year. My fiancé dropped off the dry cleaning and didn't realize it was an unreasonable price. I called later the same say to ask them if they could not clean the dress and they said it was too late but they could give some store credit. I didn't want store credit considering I won't be going back and the woman hung up on me!

I had two suit pants repaired there since the window promised “reweaving.” Sadly, what they did instead was badly patch and stitch over it which made the damage more obvious than the hole had been! Unhappy to waste the money and now I have to take it elsewhere to have their non-reweaving undone and properly done. Only go here for the most basic things.

Sadly very rude, told me I wouldn’t be charged for some items since they were so late then accused me of lying when I reminded them. Told me I had ‘mental problems’ and to ‘shut up’ when I was calmly asking for an explanation. And to top it all off they did a bad job of cleaning.
