Avoid avoid avoid. . Don’t ever sign a contract with them. They will charge you double the money just because you have spent more units than estimated . You think you’re paying less than other companies but you end up on paying more fees than any other companies. They just like to steal your money. And if you have direct debit they will take money from your account as they want, by saying this fee is a deposit and you never get that money back from the deposit. Also the staff is never helpful they always put pressure on you to pay fees without any explanation. We stayed 1 year with them as it was required for our contract, we paid all the bills on time and after our contract ended we got a new supplier . They agreed that we could continue with a new supplier as they told the new supplier that everything had been paid . After 3 months , they sent a bill of £9,000 because we apparently had spent more units than the estimated.

Do not go anywhere near them. I just failed one direct debit and the contract was coming to an end. I was in the middle of transferring to another supplier as Jellyfish rates are all time high compared to others. They ha applied £150 fees for the cancelled DD without any notice and another £150 for initial disconnect letter. My outstanding at that time was only about £100.

Avoid at all costs! These guys are crooks. They repeatedly set up a direct debit after it had been cancelled and took money without our knowledge or permission. To top it off the attitude of the staff in customer service is quite frankly disgraceful given the severity of what they have done.

Such a bad experience with this supplier so far. Liam and Darren and the team working there trying to show that they are professional but they are not. They hang-up or decline calls if they want. I have applied my cot with this company 15 days ago and requested them to sort out my issue asap but they people keep wasting my time by saying we need 14 days industry time which is already completed and today is 15 day and they still need time to process the cot. I have a small business and too much headache in it because of this unprofessional team and company. Liam said there is some issue with old owner because of why it takes bit longer now and my concern is why if i have nothing to do with old owner then why you affecting my business because of him

A not to be trusted energy supplier we took over a premises to be supplied By a cheaper company and then jelly fish charged us a fee of £922 because we did not stay with them rogue Not To Be Trusted at the very least spoke to a chap called Thomas who basically said we will see you in court this is their customer service we will passing this to the
odbudsman
