Very friendly. Easy to work with and everyone there is great. And the service is great. I brought in a pair of slacks where there was $5.00 in the pocket. Easy for someone to take. I would have never known. It was pinned to my order when I picked it up. I can’t say enough about how fabulous that is.

Really impressed with the quality of service. I'd been trying to figure out (for months) where I could go to get an alteration done that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg and they wouldn't just butcher the garment - and also find some place with reasonable hours for a tailor. Jerry's did an incredibly professional job - they were very friendly, and I will definitely be taking more alterations to them.

We've had our dry cleaning done at Jerry's for at least 4 years without any issues. Before that we went to numerous other vendors and had various issues from lost items to broken buttons. Plus Jerry's pickup, super convenient!

Jerry's is a fantastic dry cleaner! I'm from Chicago and the service from the staff and the way they get stains out of clothes is better than the best cleaner in Chicago. The female tailor they have is also terrific. I won't go anywhere else.

Good dry cleaning but the few items done by the normal wash 2/6 weren’t completely clean so not a loss but that’s what I get for using a dry cleaner instead of a laundromat. 4 stars for good dry cleaning though & a good presentation for the clothes upon picking them up (packaging & folded)

I went in there about three years ago to have some sewing work done and noticed clothes stacked to the ceiling. I asked the lady if I could get some work done she said it would be about three months. Went in there again a couple weeks ago to try again she said the girl was away for a month and It would be at least that long here in the middle of season. The worst place in town to get any sewing done. I don't know about their dry cleaning service but their sewing service sucks.
