This petrol station just wasted my time and money... NOT HAPPY...
Just drove way out of the way to fill up with auto gas/LPG as the app says they have some only to arrive and they haven't... Spoke to the most useless specimen of a person sitting at the counter saying that they can't change app availability which they can because i just did it myself ...

Staff are kind and Cassius and friendly decent pricing and if you are support short of anything that you are requiring there's a good chance that in the shop they will most likely have something that will help☆☆☆☆☆

Spent £85 on fuel. Asked at the same time to swap a £5 note into pound coins to spend in their hand car wash.

Was told in an extremely rude way, no I would have to buy something!!!

Collected my receipt for my £85, showed it to the rude operative, told her I just did - £85 on diesel. Told her I would go somewhere else and how rude she was.

Not even a sorry or an apology

What’s the outcome of this rude behaviour.

1. As a local Downham market resident and frequent visitor
To this fuel station I will never go there again.
I will take my business to the one on the A10 or KL.

2 they have yet another bad review

3 they lost the money for the car wash even if it is just £5

4 All this could have been avoided by swapping out the money knowing I was going to spend it with them anyway even if I had to wait for the next time the till was opened.

5.From now on I will tell everyone just how bad that experience was and tell other people to avoid the place.

Nearly every time I fill up at this garage I have had a terrible experience with the assistant there, never with the owners I might add. She is rude and bullying I do not appreciate being treated in this manner. She really needs a a course in customer service this will be the last time I use this petrol station.
