First delivery of logs from these people, first rate service & the delivery guy dropped them off & then took the trouble to drag the bulk to one side so that we could get our car out if required. Logs are of a consistent size & were an excellent price in their summer sale.

I wasn’t in but my partner was and we didn’t have easy access but the man that dropped it off helped drag the wood round a back ally to the back garden so I’m so grateful to him. From all accounts it wasn’t easy. So thankyou very much for the brilliant service

The website is easy to navigate and the order was delivered on time.
We've tried A LOT of suppliers but we will definitely continue to use this one.

2nd delivery was just as good.
The driver went above and beyond with his cherry picker to position the XL bag in a very tight spot.
I won't go anywhere else for logs.

3) Now a regular.
We had the same excellent service and the driver was happy to use the cherry picker to position the XL bag of logs exactly where I wanted if.
Perhaps also worth noting that the logs are of consistently high quality with little or no waste.

We get our coal from J.Harrison but they had an offer on the wood this year so we bought two bulk bags of wood. Looks good quality.

Great service and product. Ordered Sunday evening and arrived Wednesday. The bags were all wrapped completely waterproof. Logs tested at around 15% so perfect to use straight away. Emails to confirm my order and one for the delivery date. All round great job 👍🏻

Always a great transaction. Only ever had one issue, which was rectified with courtesy and immediately. Delivery driver is always very pleasant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great customer service and a smashing set of products. Thank you.
