Great experience…they got me in just before closing time and even provided a $15 coupon. No pressure for add-ons or anything like that. Just told me what maintenance the car was due for, printed it out and moved on. Wonderful jiffy lube location, highly recommended.

Good service & a show!

I appreciated the service of the employees at this jiffy lube for my oil change. The customer in front of me was very rude, cursed them out, and almost hit a worker with her car on her way out. Despite that drama, the gentlemen working were professionals and pulled it together to give me a good experience.

Torrence and his crew have given me great customer service today! I was made aware that cleaning my windshield was apart of the service, which I haven’t gotten since I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube since 2022. This location rocks!

I had a doctors appointment at KU medical on Olathe street in KCK on Wednesday Sept 11, 2024. My engine light came on my jeep, I drove to Jiffy Lube and they helped me immediately. The gentleman who check my oil was named Matt. He and his coworkers put in some oil and I was good to go. I tried to pay and they said it was on the house , I believe they had oil left over either way they saved me . I got to my appointment in time. I just wanted to say there are still nice people to help you out. Thank you to this crew . I really did appreciate the good deed.

They don't offer all the services other jiffy lubes do but what they do offer they do it quickly and they are fair about suggesting other services to you. I went in for an oil change and they showed me my air filters so that when they were suggesting extra service I didn't just have to take their word
