I cannot recommend JK Comms enough! I had an issue with my Wi-Fi and was absolutely blown away by their service. Sandie was responding to my messages at 6am—talk about dedication! By 7.30, Martin was at my business unit, and within no time, everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. This is, without a doubt, the best service I’ve ever received from anyone. They are such lovely, hardworking people who genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my business internet. Fantastic outfit. We had been paying BT direct a fortune each month and have had nothing but IT and Phone problems for over a year . BT kept blaming us and our systems .The problems had been affecting our business and customer service levels.
We were recommended to J K Comms . Martin came out and helped resolve issues.
JK confirmed a fundamental fault in the BT system , which we had suspected ourselves. J K Comms put in a completely new line and simple system in. We kept our regular BT phone number and internal systems but had a new phone line system fitted and monitored by J K Aftersales team.
It’s been great. The problems have all been resolved with ultimate reliability and it’s turned out to be much cheaper than BT.
Also there is always someone at the end of the phone to help you.
So now J K handle all our family and business lines and mobiles.
They are simply the best.
Give them a try .We did and it’s worked out great and out of the clutches of the bandits at BT .
