I employed JM property solutions in December 2022 to carry out a cavity wall insulation installation. Initially the company were very prompt with communication and the service I received was excellent. However post installation I have requested several times (via email and calls) for the certification in relation to the guarantee to be issued. I have received no response, this will be problematic for me if I come to sell the house and is disappointing as the initial service was very good.

We had our loft insulated and from initial communication, the fast and competitive quote, and the friendly guys who installed (worked hard to rectify a small issue; honesty around requirements; advice with a completely separate damp issue), I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Having Chosen Add Insulation to carry out work on my house, I can honestly say I made the right decision. Their attention to detail was second to none and were always very punctual. Joe managed my project from start to finish and the lads also cleaned up after they had finished. You can certainly tell that they have the best interests of the client at the forefront of their thoughts and pride themselves on the work they complete.

Joe Maguire and his team were easy to contact and professional. Joe was able to assess our property the same day that I contact him and found a date to do the insulation to suit us within the same week. Reasonable quote and very happy with the result- loft was left clean and tidy.

We asked PJM Property Solutions to quotes some 6 months ago for underfloor insulation. We wanted a fixed price. Joe visited the property and we received a written quote by email within the hour. With the recent energy costs we came to the conclusion that many years ago we had carpets and the house was warm. In recent years we have changed 2/3 of the downstairs to laminate. The house has been cold. We just had to get the energy cost down. We revisited PJM and they resent the same quote. No uplift. Fantastic. They visited today and explained what they needed to do. We were expecting some mess. Well we had no mess and they worked under the floor without a break and then produced photos. A great job and so happy. Marie is the point of contact for booking a time slot for a quote. These are on the ball. Time wise its a friday at 2.00 and the job is done.

I needed some advice about loft rafter insulation, Joe arranged to complete an assessment and he arrived at my home as arranged. Joe was very honest and advised me that the insulation in place was more than adequate and recommended not to have this changed. I felt awful at bringing him out for no reason but he reassured me he was happy to Give the advice. First class honest tradesman.

I could not praise Joe and his colleagues highly enough. There were some unforeseen complications with the insulation and boarding job I had booked them for, and nothing was too much trouble. Joe and his team provide a first class service. From a very competitive quote, to the install on what proved to be quite a difficult job with many hidden surprises overcome. Nothing was enough trouble and answered my many questions.
