Overall excellent experience with this company for solar and battery storage at a reasonable price. The communication from Daniel was excellent throughout, the workmanship was completed to a high standard by a team who worked really hard and were very approachable. All of the documentation was completed in good time and allowed me to set up export within a week of install. I had an issue with the battery one evening shortly after install (not their fault) and they sent an engineer out by early afternoon the next day and got it working. So far I am delighted with the system overall.

JM Renewable Solutions Ltd are fabulous! Great communication from start to finish from Dan in the office and splendid over the phone and on site consultation with Ben and his 'can do' attitude. The electrician Joe and engineer Luke really knew what they were doing and were incredibly accomodating and professional. The team of guys doing the work on the roof were all absolutely lovely, so professional, friendly and courteous. Not only that, they were so hardworking, they really put a shift in and worked incredibly hard to get the job done in difficult weather conditions at times. Would highly recommend this company!

The installation ran very smoothly, and everyone working on the installation did a professional job.
Up and running after a week, and all pipe runs and cables are tidy and unobtrusive as are the pump and cylinder locations.

Very disappointed with the whole set up from start to finish. I wish I had not bothered! I won an eco grant due to me having a chronic long term illness, I am also on a low income and losing my winter fuel allowance this year.
I was so excited to get this but wish that I had never bothered. I might be a senior and unwell but I am not stupid just very exhausted stressed and disappointed. They are trying to improve and a couple of staff have been pleasant but the bigger picture is people like me are losing out on these and there are very rich people are gaining them from them. Watch this space......

We’ve had our Mitsubishi ecodan 14kw air source heat pump supplied, fitted and maintained by JM for the past 5 years. We had our first problem today with the underfloor heating losing pressure and loads of air bubbles. General error fault on the system. We rung them on the Thursday afternoon and Jeff came out on the Friday and sorted the problem. (The issue wasn’t actually anything to do with their installation either). Just generally a really good company to deal with. Sonia and Martin in the office arranged everything pronto and Jeff, the world’s nicest man, came out and worked his magic. Can’t recommend them enough.

I recently contacted JM Renewables to assist with a failed air source heat pump unit. I can't thank the engineers and electrician enough...they were very thorough, knowledgeable and were able to clearly describe issues with our system and resolve them. The electrician fitted kit that had been redundant for nearly three years! Excellent company I would highly recommend.

All the jobs were done in a professional and courteous manner and on time. I am very happy with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.
