My many thanks to all the staff at the Gloucester depot for their amazing service. Calls are always answered promptly and all enquiries dealt with immediately. This is Joe Energy’s normal day to day service. In an emergency situation due to an oil theft just before Christmas Joe Energy were able to able to deliver within 2 hours of the call being made, preventing my family from experiencing a very cold Christmas. Amazing service and again thank you to everyone involved.

Joe energy have been supplying our heating oil for the last few years. The oil is easy to order and have always delivered fuss free every time. Today exceeded my expectation and they helped me out very quickly, because I ran out of oil. It was a relief to see the delivery card in my hall informing me they have delivered. I've been carefully following the price of oil on the comparison websites hoping it would go down. By chance I found this firm on the Internet. I rang the lady who was lovely and asked what price the heating oil was ? It was a lot cheaper than the comparison websites and the lady said she could get it to me this week ( no waiting like I've had to to get the lowest price offered.) My oil arrived today . The driver was efficient and friendly . What a superb service . Will be my oil company from now on . Excellent! Thank you.

Had a flyer posted through my letterbox touting for business to provide heating oil for my property. An email inquiry was duly sent via their website for a quote to see if they could be cheaper than my current provider.
Up until now, no contact has been received or follow up to my inquiry, so on that basis, I will stick to my current provider as it appears JOE Energy are not professional enough to follow up prospective customers.

Much better than Boiler Juice. They delivered on 10th January when Boiler Juice used the “adverse conditions” to let us down. Well done JOE. I’ll be using you from now on.
