Very helpful staff when collecting. Quickly in and out.
If you’re a trucker, don’t follow the sat nav but go to the next street / road along then turn left to avoid entering the static caravan site.

I am extremely disappointed with both Johnson and Jeff and Millbry Hill regarding a recent purchase of pet food. The product I received from Millbry Hill, manufactured by Johnson and Jeff, was labeled with incorrect ingredients, which is not only misleading but a breach of the Pet Food Regulations 2009.As a responsible pet owner, I rely on accurate labeling to ensure the safety and well-being of my pets, especially those with specific dietary needs. Unfortunately, both companies seem to think it's acceptable to sell pet food with incorrect ingredient listings, which could have serious health implications for pets.When I contacted customer service at Millbry Hill, I was met with an unhelpful response and no effort to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and as a result, I will be forwarding the product to Trading Standards for further investigation.I strongly advise other pet owners to be cautious when purchasing from these companies, as their disregard for consumer safety and legal compliance is alarming. Which has all been confirmed in emails.

Emailed them a few weeks ago stating there was broken plastic in my birds food which could be dangerous if it got stuck on her beak but they didn't even reply.

Unfortunately the quality of the product which is Parrot No1 seed in 12.75KG bags has declined over my last few orders,it has become increasingly dusty. Also I found that the seed has not been washed. And I found webs, moths, larve and bugs in the seed. Also the pennants are that old they are contaminated which is making the birds breathing. Struggling for air. If anyone would like my advice stay well clear from johnston and jeff seed. Unless you would like a vets bill. I contacted j&j head office. They showed no signs of taken action. Even though this isn't the 1st time that this has happen. If you love your birds and want them to live longer. Stay well away from johnston and jeff seed.

No Grow/No Mess Wild Bird Seed - Our garden birds can't get enough of this seed, they even broke feeder perches to get at it so we have had to buy metal ones. Will be buying this seed again and again.... Thank you!

Unfortunately the quality of the product which is Parrot No1 seed in 12.75KG bags has declined over my last few orders,it has become increasingly dusty and this last batch i have had through one of their suppliers is bordering on un usable,the quality is awful.Its a shame as the product use to be top notch and i have had parrots for over 30 years and bought alot of seed.
