The work undertaken at our home by Jones the Gas was completed at an exceptionally high standard. Staff clearly showed an excellent standard of craftsmanship. Their friendly and informative method of working kept us well informed at each stage of the process. We would have no hesitation to ensure Jones the Gas are our choice should we need any further work done in future and, we have no hesitation in highly recommending them to others needing work done on their heating and plumbing systems. Amazing service. Old boiler managed to die on Thursday during the very cold bit of last week, Dean and the team came straight away and gave us the option of fixing or replacing. 2 days later we were toasty and warm again with a brand new boiler. Even the cupboard where the boiler is has Ben adapted to fit the new boiler, you couldn’t tell they had been, the place was spotless…..think it was cleaner than when they arrived.!! Thank you

Dean goes out of his way to be extremely helpful. The only person I trust with my gas needs, boiler, fire etc. Excellent. Fast, efficient, friendly. Very reasonable cost. I just had to call him about some emergency plumbing leaks. All sorted very quick.

I've recently had a leak in the old pipework between radiators. Nigel and Dean have done a fantastic job replacing the section needed. They leave everything cleaned up and tidy

We've just had Dean come to service our LPG boiler in our caravan and also to cap off the gas to the cooker and he's done a fantastic job.
He was very thorough, explaining what he was doing, and worked in a very organised and tidy way.
He took photo's as he went along and these were sent to us via email, along with the gas safety certificate.
Dean was a very polite, professional and he's extremely knowledgeable in his line of work.
He will now be doing our yearly boiler checks.
