Adrian provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was contacted to remove an EV charger from one property and reinstall it at another. The removal was carried out efficiently, with all holes filled and the area left clean and tidy.

At the new property, Adrian completed the installation to a very high standard — neat, well-organised, and fully sealed for a professional finish. He took the time to talk us through the process and ensure everything was working perfectly.

I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy.

The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.
