We initially asked Lee and his team to install and commission an air source heat pump system in to our home.

This process involved a central heating system being fitted throughout our family home and the air source heat pump fitted and installed outside.
We were hugely impressed with Lee's friendly and helpful nature and with the kindness and care of his team whilst they were in our house.

We were so impressed with Lee's customer service, after care, promptness and consideration that we then employed him again to install and fit solar panels to support the air source heat pump system.
We continued to live in the house whilst all of the work was carried out, this was managed by Lee exceptionally well.

We are extremely impressed with the efficiency and ease of use of the air source and solar panel system, and we wholeheartedly recommend Lee and his team to anyone looking to fit an alternative heating system to their home!

Had an air source heat pump, solar panels and Tesla battery together with underfloor heating system throughout the whole ground floor of the house all installed by Lee and his team at Joule Energy. Lee is the most knowledgeable person we’ve come across and guided us through the whole process including advising the best products to fit and how to use them to get the most economical use out of them. Despite being a small local company, Lee was always at the end of the phone to help with issues - for example, our old boiler packed in just a few weeks before our new system was meant to be fitted. Lee arranged for the air source system to be installed immediately and worked with us to make sure the house was still heated efficiently until we were ready for the underfloor to be fitted. I have no issues recommending Lee to any of our friends and family.

After we had been let down by our previous company, Lee stepped in and did his very best to find time to fit the solar panels, battery etc. as soon as possible after talking us through the details. He gave us a date, and the 3 man team of Scott, Adam and Josh arrived as arranged, and worked cheerfully and professionally and by 8pm on the 2nd day, the 14 panels were up and operating. A few days later, Lee came and helped us with the monitoring etc. of the solar panels.
