I called in there to purchase some LED 4.5W 345 Lm bulbs.I was very specific about my requirements even the brand. He could have told me at the beginning that they did not stock that brand but he chose to be rude instead. This was the old man who works there I certainly will not go there again as I prefer not to be verbally abused.

The staff at J's have to be the most helpful counter staff I've ever encountered.

A,B,C,D (above and beyond the call of duty) Always willing to find out information, or data. They have a very good knowledge of their products.
They're always ready for a laugh and joke. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Asked for a bendy bathroom light thing 😂 sorted me out, swapped it when it didn't work, advised me to buy a new fitting if doesn't work, offered to refund the bulb, then sold me discounted fitting..heroes
