JTR Heat Pumps
Could not be more helpful, informative or polite.
George has serviced and maintained our heat pump for the last 2 years (JTR have serviced since installation in 2021) but gold star to George for his knowledge and help to a couple of old codgers who don’t really understand their heat pump.
Also must mention the receptionists who take bookings Debbie and Jane we have dealt with always helpful and keep you up to date with servicing/appointments etc

JTR engineers came a month ago to service our heat pump. As in previous years the engineer arrived on time and carefully checked our system both the equipment inside (in the loft) and outside.
He was very efficient and extremely helpful.
We have found all the staff at JTR extremely professional- both office staff who are excellent in communicating, and their visiting engineers.
We have also been given extremely valuable advice about how to use our system to best effect and modifications have been made to improve the system that have saved us money!
We will definitely be using this firm again and would recommend them to others who have heat pumps.

Had a problem with our airsource heat pump and Amanda managed to arrange, not only a troubleshooting visit, but also to rearrange our annual service to keep the travelling costs down. Jake attended and all now good. Have used JTR for several services now and they are always prompt, clean, tidy and focused on the customer's requirements.

Had a comprehensive health check during the annual service of my Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, hot water cylinder and underfloor heating. Sam was very helpful and informative and did a lot more checks than the previous service agent from a different company. Will definitely be asking JTR to do future servicing and repairs if needed.

I've used this company for 2 years to repair and service my ground source heat pump. They were very helpful in an emergency and the service guys did a thorough job on my system. Great service! Same day response to our NIBE heat pump issue and resolved the issue. George was very knowledgeable, explained the system and what he was doing to identify and resolve the problem. He also took time to help me understand better how to manage the system and sorted out a few other niggles e.g upstairs water temperature.

Heat pump service completed today, 14/10/24. Engineer George showed respect to our property by removing his shoes and leaving areas of work clean and tidy. George explained what needed to be done and how he would achieve the best results for the system. Communications with all of the JTR team has been excellent.
