Great fun for kids. Lots for them to do. Large trampoline area and then obstacles/foam pit etc. We attended a birthday party and it was well run. Served dominoes pizzas for the party wich were lovely. There's a nice little cafe for parents to get snacks and drinks from and sit while they watch

Wrap up if you're not jumping because it's very cold. It is a warehouse, which is a great temperature for the actual jumpers! Spacious and fun filled, we booked for 10 children at 10 am. It wasn't very busy. The children loved it, 1 couldn't make it sol wascredoted for their ticket and their socks.
Staff were helpful, and food and drinks were not extortionate.
We'll definitely return!

It’s a rip off, we had our own trampoline socks but were not allowed to use them so had the extra expense of buying more! Then my 3 grandchildren couldn’t even eat and drink food that we brought, so many signs everywhere saying “only food and drink bought here to be consumed”
Goodness knows how often the floors and surfaces were cleaned as the colours of the socks were black after an hour!! Unhelpful staff at the door were not welcoming at all. Not worth the money

Really good fun.....a very good way to tire the children out.....good for kids party as well.....they is a good selection of food at the snack bar.... jump socks are a must as you have to wear them as you jump

Managers at this place have no idea what the rules are. I was told on Saturday that the rules has recently changed regarding the height on the Wipe Out obstacle and then when I emailed I was told this has always been the case. The management wouldn't allow my son on Wipe Out due him being to short but allowed another child of the exact same height to enter with no issues.

Sold me more socks than required and when I said I didn't need that many was told I need to take that up with head office it's not there problem.

Health and safety at Loughboorigh is not being adhered to and when I bought this to there attention I was again told to take it up with head office but yet they refused to give me the details of head office. I have emailed and the email has been give straight to Loughborough who are fusing to push my complaint any further to higher management.

Disgusting place who will cause harm to children due to being neglectful. Would give -stars if it was possible

I visited a couple days ago with my daughter and she loved it. Jump giants is really big and has a variety of things to do. It's great for all ages and overall is a great place to go if you have a bored child at home!

A great trampoline park! Clean and tidy with plenty of tables and chairs near the cafe. Coffee was good too, and the young man serving at the cafe was exceptionally polite. Children had a great time 😊

This place is very expensive for what you get and it’s policies on not being able to jump if you don’t not buy their branded socks is the most silly thing I have ever heard. We have jumped in over 20 countries and purchased over 10 pairs of socks over the last year but this place will not let you jump unless you buy their branded socks otherwise you have to “trade in” your own new jump socks to buy theirs. The claim that your socks that you trade in for an extra £1/2 go to charity but they can not tell you what charity or what their QC policy is. I would love to know what IOS they are operating to and what charity the socks go to and also how much money that have raised so far so I can support this (it’s normally an option).
Also you can not bring your own water.
But they do have gluten free nachos.
