Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable & professional service at a fair price. My oven had a tricky, intermittent & unusual fault but it was correctly diagnosed, tested & new part fitted in very good time. Would thoroughly recommend & would definitely use his services again.

Changing the heating element in my oven would have been a routine task for Peter, but he also spotted a couple of connectors, which had been added by a previous engineer, that gave him some concern. He said they had a tendency to melt! He replaced them and didn’t charge anything extra. Peter was very professional and I’ll definitely call him again in future. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Extremely helpful. More than once gave me free advice by phone and email to help me avoid spending unnecessarily on visits/repairs. When I did need a visit, explained everything really clearly, took time to test oven function and talked me through optional repair so I could decide whether to do it or not. Friendly, punctual, good value and as already mentioned, very helpful! I would highly recommend, especially over big national repair companies who were unable to help me with an aging oven model.
