Just Value Doors delivered not only amazing customer service but amazing quality door on time with no issues! My new door has been installed and it is brilliant, the lock is secure and the Thumb turn for the lock is well worth the money, great value for what I payed!
Big shout out to Nick who helped me throughout the ordering process and Charley who got my order processed quickly and efficiently!

Bought three doors from them - supposedly with a warranty. We fitted the doors, they worked fine for several months - after which, one of the locks seized.
They made us pay a deposit for the warranty repair "just in case" it was an installation error - which it was not. Once they repaired it, not only did they refuse to return the deposit but they wanted more money for the repair because it was a "use" issue and not down to the door or their lock.

Very sly of them.
I trust that the money you are refusing to return, gives you nothing but bad luck and trouble.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Firstly I have spent just over 2 thousand pound on 2 doors, 1 composite and 1 stable door

They have messed me up on the delivery of these items on multiple occasions. I am yet to receive one of the doors.

Very unprofessional telling me the driver had overslept - is this a corner shop I have ordered from?

Nevertheless, I have tried calling on 2 different occasions and there is no clarity with my order or when I am expecting the other door.

I need a trim with one of the orders but I can assure you these amateurs are just out to take your money and can not follow through with good service - stay away from them

DOOR ARRIVED SMASHED AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND

Do not put your money and project at risk by using this budget company. As tempting as it is to go with the cheaper option - it’s cheap for a reason.

You’ll be given zero choice on your delivery day and just be told it will arrive between 7am and 7pm. In the meantime you’ll receive constant emails asking you to review the company - an attempt to get a good rating before you see what you’re getting.

I lost a day’s earnings to stay home to receive the door. I was then assured by Nick Brook the office manager that I’d be given a call 1 hour before the delivery, which meant I could go to collect a prescription.

Arrived home to find the door on my doorstep totally smashed - even though their terms clearly state they will never leave their products without a signature unless requested in writing to do so.

I immediately called and was assured someone would call me back - surprise surprise didn’t receive a phone call. Emailed explaining what happened and that I want a refund so I can source a door to proceed with my project. Nick Brook then insists I don’t have a right to a refund and they will send a replacement.

THIS IS NOT THE LAW. The consumer rights act states that a refund must be legally given if the product is not of satisfactory quality - including if it’s damaged or faulty and even if it’s custom made.

Nick has since been attempting to say that my rights aren’t valid because of the terms on their website. Again THIS IS ILLEGAL and it’s a criminal offence to mislead a consumer about their rights.

Not only is my project now severely delayed, I now have to spend my time in small claims and reporting to trading standards. Not to mention the time spent dealing with Nick’s attempts to gaslight me about my legal rights.

SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO DEAL WITH A DECENT COMPANY!!!!

Yesterday I sent Just Value Doors an email drafted with help from Citizens Advice, who have now filed a complaint with Trading Standards. They’ve ignored this email but had time to write their limp response to my review. However, I’ve just had a phone from Nick Brook to say they will refund me only if I remove my review - which I believe constitutes as extortion.

No doubt many more people have had a similar poor experience and been persuaded to keep quiet!

The clue is in the name- Value. Please do not make the same mistake. This lot are an absolute shambles.

If you do want to go with the price then pay on credit card as after month so being messed around I fortunately have section 75 to fall back on and claim for our doors where the paint started peeling off in weeks!

Their answer is to let magician come and fix it. Give them a google- I dare you! They ruined something else for us prior to this experience and had I looked at their reviews I wouldn't have let them anywhere near our house! Just value doors have no other option apparently. It took them 8 weeks to figure that out- that pretty much sums up the competency level of the individuals.

These guys are typical window and doors sales- lovely til you part with the cash then bury their heads in the sand. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Tried them twice, both times poor service.
We have used this company twice for door glass. The first time it took nearly 3 months to get the glass ( we had renovated an entire property by the time it arrived. I had to send several emails and make phone calls to get it delivered.

Now we have ordered some more, to see if it's any better. Delivery date within 2 weeks, I thought that was pretty good. The delivery day came and went, I waited in for 12 hours and nothing showed up. So I rang them up today, they said the glass was there so they would find out from "despatch" when it would be delivered and call back. They didn't call back, so I rang up again, and they rang through to despatch to be told one of the glass panels was damaged and now I have to wait 2 more weeks.

It's poor service at best on both occasions and the only reason for 2 stars is I like the website, and they answer the phone quickly. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Initially was a good service - seemless order process and quick quotes - doors arrived fine - however I'm still waiting for gaskets and some other missing parts (including part of the locking mechanism meaning the doors are not secure) for the doors though - nearly 10 weeks of calling once or twice a week and keep getting promises but so far no sign of them, starting to think I'm never going to get the missing parts!

Initially I posted a very positive review (after ordering experience), hence the positive reply, but have since edited this review (following the companies response) as unfortunately things have gone downhill since we received the doors with missing parts.

Received a window from the manufacturers which had misting fault . After contacting Just Value Doors they arranged a new replacement pane which was promptly dispatched to us.
