I would like to say a big shout out to all of you for your help in sorting out my ventilation problem. A special thanks to Phil who's patience is incredible. Phil talked me through the system one step at a time until we got the fan working. I'm not electrical minded, so that in mind, Phil with his many years of servicing this units was able to i identify the problem.

We had an Eclipse single room heat recovery unit installed around 14 years ago. Kair still produces the identical product today so that is a good sign of product design and quality. Ted at Kair was very helpful pointing me to the online sales for filters and sent me a PDF on how to maintain the unit (quick vacuum and filter change/clean). Hopefully we will get another 14 years as I’m assured it’s built to last!
