My partner and myself used this unit while moving to a new student house. This is hands down the best storage facility in stoke, the units are clean and spacious, it's such good value for money and the staff could not have been friendlier. We had a small issue with our access code not working but they resolved it out of hours and were so apologetic and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage units and will be using them again at a later date

Great place to store your stuff. Secure, easy to access, clean and well-maintained. Check-in was great - the reception staff were lovely and very knowledgeable.

I was disappointed that the price increased so much, over the period we kept the storage unit. It’s also strange to see them change hands so often. The most recent change led to the online system being removed, meaning that I was unable to access my account and keep track of everything.

Mark from the Hanley store was very helpful, quick to respond to my questions, when I called he helped so much and stilled answered my emails after the phone call and made sure everything was clear. When arrived at the unit very friendly and helpful, definitely would come again
