I rented a house in Monton managed by Karsons Lettings for just under 3years. The entire period of my tenancy was wonderful. I have only left as I had to move for work. The team was always an email or phone call away and were very responsive to concerns on the few occasions I had any. And they were very genuine in their concern as well.
I would recommend Karsons Lettings for tenants and landlords alike! If I had a property to rent out in Manchester, it would definitely be with these guys!

I had a lovely time during my tenancy under Karsons Lettings. Bavesh and Nana, whom I met throughout my tenancy, were very accommodating and very responsive with regards to house concerns and maintenance and would try to resolve the issues as soon as they can. The flat I used to stay was big and clean. Gabrielle whom I met was very nice and accommodating too. All the best for the whole team!

We have been renting with Karsons Lettings for 2 years before we had to relocate outside the Manchester area for work.
The team led by Bhavesh has always gone above and beyond at all stages of the rental process. From moving in to checking out, as well as dealing with all maintenance issues including late at night or at the weekends, Bhavesh was always available to assist and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
We would highly recommend Karsons Lettings whether you are a tenant or landlord, you are in the best hands.
We even thought of acquiring buy-for-rent property just so that Bhavesh can look after it for us, this just shows how trustworthy and efficient he is at all times.
