The mechanics at Kartek are honest, friendly and fast. I’m SO glad to have found my new auto shop!

I took my 2019 Mini in for an 18k mile service this morning around 8:30 am. I got a call from them around 11:30 am that they’d given it a full check-up and found nothing wrong, so they topped everything off, replaced a small valve, and it was ready to pick up anytime.

I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. 🙂 Thanks y’all!

Bruce and the team were very helpful and kind in fixing an electrical issue on my 2018 Ford Transit 350.

2 other nearby shops weren’t able to figure out the issue but the guys at Kartek were determined and figured it out quick and at a more affordable price than the other auto shops I went to.

I highly recommend Kartek and will most likely now start getting my auto maintenance and specific work done here.

Bruce and Erick are top notch. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Bruce helped me source a front diff. and all the weird parts I needed for my ‘02 wrangler. The communication is also great, Bruce called to update and explain every day. They don’t try to unnecessarily upsell you like most shops— they just love cars and want to help you fix yours. 10/10

I came here to figure out what was happening with my engine when the check engine light was on. Bruce immediately made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. He and the whole team went above and beyond. To make sure I would be covered under my insurance and that everything was done correctly. Bruce was also super communicative and followed up with me the next week to see how my car was doing. That’s a first! I will definitely be back! My new go to car repair and maintenance! Bruce from Kartek is an honest guy and I trust him. He helped investigate what was going on in my car and tried to help me get it through my warranty. Even though it didn’t work out and I had to go to a dealership in the end, he didn’t charge me anything and was honestly and genuinely helpful.
