KDE have done a fantastic job putting in our new Worcester Bosch boiler. The service from start to finish was excellent. Paul undertook a survey and offered advice on the right boiler 10 days ago and provided a very reasonable quote the same day. We compared it with 3 other quotes over the next week and asked Dominique, who was most helpful, some questions around thermostats and programmers to confirm that KDE offered us the best all round solution - cost, service and efficiency. We then accepted the quote 2 days ago and the boiler was installed by Edward, who was very thorough along with a most considerate electrician - who sorted out a few peculiarities in our house, for which we are most grateful. We now have a lovely warm home and most importantly hot water - as tepid showers were becoming very tedious. So thank you KDE for a job well done today.

We've used KDE at work many times. This time, it was for a new boiler and everything that goes with it.
From start to finish, I can't fault them. Reasonable quote (lower than expected), appointments arranged for our convenience, engineers on time and worked considerately and with no fuss. Ant, Dan and the others that attended for various bits obviously take pride in their work. Very professional.

Called KDE on the Tuesday to connect up our new oil tank. They were so efficient and were able to send someone out the next day. Anthony arrived first thing and went over and above to fit our new tank despite some complications. He stayed around for a while after completing the job to make sure everything was working satisfactorily and was very polite and informative.. He was so clean and tidy too. Can't recommend this company enough. They are super reliable and professional cant fault them.

Quick, efficient & reliable.

I called KDE for an issue with my boiler, they came out to fix it that same day.
Later through the week I had another issue. As they had already been out, this was covered under warranty and they were back out within the hour to solve the problem.

Could not recommend more!
