Normally, I do not have any complaints; however, on this occasion, I dropped off 17 items. Working out of town, I went to pick up my clothes 2 weeks later, only to be told we have nothing on file. Dropping clothes off in bulk and utilizing different locations, the clerk literally had me doubting that I dropped off. I dropped off a couple days before my daughter's wedding and that's the only way I could put the drop on a specific day. Come to find out my clothes were there under the wrong last name. I understand we make mistakes, but where is the compensation or efforts to retain a loyal customer?

This Kean's is unreliable and disappointing. My clothes weren't ready when they were supposed to be about a third of the time. The location was convenient, so I kept going back and hoping it'd get better.

Then they lost a pair of my suit pants. They weren't helpful, didn't follow up on it, didn't do what they said they would, wasted a bunch of my time, and never found them. It took three months to get reimbursed, and they use a terrible depreciation chart so they didn't give me close to the replacement cost for pants that were less than a year old. I researched the official dry cleaners international standards for replacement costs, and they didn't follow the policy correctly, either. I'm so tired of dealing with them, I'm not arguing about the reimbursement anymore...

I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else.

Went to pick up my clothes at 530pm because receipt said it would be ready after 5. Was told truck was late and might not show up until tomorrow. Given I was on a business trip and passing through I was not happy. Finally got a call at 630pm and dry cleaning was ready. Did I get a discount ....nope...full price. Find any other dry cleaner I'm sure they would be better!

Keans has always had a reputation for producing excellent outcomes. I am so happy to be living in Baton Rouge after retiring. The prices are affordable too! BTW, I have nothing but positive remarks about the drive through and customer service.

I would give Kean's a zero on the scale, but I was required to give it a least a one. I used the cleaner for several times, feeling that I might have caught them on a bad day, but each time got worse than the time before. The first time I came in they didn't tell me that all of the buttons had to be unbuttoned on the shirts, so they upcharged me $1.00 per shirt to unbutton the collar buttons. When asked why they didn't tell me this was required, they couldn't give me an answer. The next time I ended up with someone else's shirts mixed in with mine. The final straw was when I brought in 8 shirts to be cleaned and they upcharged me $1.00 per shirt on every shirt to take out stains. The problem is that I wear a coat all day, so there are no stains on my shirts, much less with every single shirt.

I have never met a company so ineptly run, nor one so hungry for money that it has to create ways to make money. I will never use a Kean's again, and hope that this will help others avoid my issues with them.

Very helpful and plesent experience overall for my first time here staff were great but...

Going to pick up my clothes was not so great I pull up at 330 as I'm about to get out my truck I see the lady locking the door so I looked to see if maybe y'all were closing early on Friday
Nope guess not so I check back up to see her leaving so I decided maybe she needs something at the store real quick well guess not again because I waited for 20 minutes and still no sign of the door opening back up so I guess I'll just try another day to pick up my clothes

I brought in several items to be cleaned. All items were cleaned well but everything has a VERY strong chemical smell. I'm hoping the smell will go away over time.

Find another branch. It took a week to pick up a few pair of pants. I'd go each time and was told the truck ran late. Horrible service.
