Buying a home from Keepmoat was an excellent decision. The sales team did an outstanding job, making the buying process stress-free and very smooth. From the beginning, Keepmoat's staff were kind and helpful, promptly and thoroughly addressing any questions and concerns.

The home we chose exceeded our expectations. The quality of the construction is top-notch, and the materials used show attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is very well thought out and functional.

We would like to especially thank Michelle from KHM Customer Care for organizing the replacement of a factory-defective window in our bedroom. Her professional approach and dedication repaired the company's image, which had been tarnished by the after-sales department that completely ignored the issue.

Another great advantage is the location of our property. The estate is well-connected while providing peace and quiet. The proximity to green areas is perfect for those who appreciate being close to nature.

We highly recommend Keepmoat to anyone looking for a modern and well-built home. It was a fantastic investment for us, and we are delighted that we chose this developer!

Purchasing process - amazing experience provided by the sales team.
Quality of the building - 56 problems found by external surveyor. These were sorted within 2 weeks of time (impressive).

However, after sales customer service does not exist.
Most of the emails or concerns related to the property were and are still ignored.

Keepmoat also provided wrong/false information about development then never tried to rectify any issues that were caused due to this. I would personally advise to have everytning noted as verbal agreements means nothing to Keepmoat.
