After having several quotes and assessments, Kerelaw were miles ahead of the competition in terms of identifying the problem accurately and recommending a solution with clarity and assurance. I contacted Kerelaw after getting sick of seeing the signs of damp on my property walls and as the company most local to me, I contacted them without knowing much about their services. I have been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown by the surveyor and the team who conducted the work in my flat. This is the first time I have ever written a review on Google however I thought it important to say how impressed I was with Shaun from Kerelaw Building Preservation. He was very honest in telling me my property was suffering from a condensation problem and not damp as others had said (honest in that I could resolve it myself). Shaun is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone BEFORE calling anyone else. A decent, honest surveyor. A worthy five star rating.
