My first time using them as I needed my air con sorted. Also had a clunking sound when turning. Air con fixed and suspension parts replaced all at a fair price with written quotes before the work was done.

They went over and above when the clunking remained to sort the work carried out by a previous garage. Car is running great and air con is ice cold!

Very friendly, knowledgable and professional - would highly recommend.

First time using them. They fitted a new suspension coil spring and I had to take it back because it wasn't fitted correctly and was making noises over bumps. They apologised and took it back and fixed it but when I asked what happened/why was it not fitted correctly first time around, the receptionist said a mechanic would call me to explain what happened. I never got that call, so I'm quite disappointed as I was expecting great service considering the good reviews on here.

One star for the quick fix, two stars for being conveniently close to a train station. Dropped two stars for not fixing spring first time round and dropped one star for no call back to explain why and what happened for that to happen at a top rated professional garage.

First time using Kerr-Tech after having ongoing intermittent car issues for months. Excellent experience and highly recommended.
In and out of other garages but the faults were not diagnosed, so a frustrating time.
Then found Kerr-Tech after some research, and even on the first phone call they diagnosed the (potential) fault through discussing the symptoms. The team was super helpful and slotted the car in within a few days. Verified the fault and carried out what was quite a big job.
Followed up a few weeks later with another job and again carried out professionally. Engineer stayed on after hours to get the job finished - much appreciated! Also took time to discuss the first fault and check that everything was ok.
Now 1,200 miles driven since then and no recurring faults.
Highly recommended and great experience overall.

First time using garage through FixMyCar and 10/10 experience. I’ll just go direct to KerrTech next time.
MOT was done quickly and fault addressed with suspension. Mechanic also noticed that aircon was running warm and got this fixed as well. Receptionist/customer service was lovely and was made to feel at ease.

Car was fixed up and ready for the road in no time.

Have used Kerr-Tech a couple of of times now and they have been brilliant with me. Helped me out with a new exhaust last year and got my MOT, service and some work done by them in the last week. Had an issue with the brakes and they got my car back in the same day and sorted it out for me and gave me a generous discount which I was not expecting. Great garage and great staff. Would recommend them to anyone 👍
