My boiler packed in during the night. I called around 5 companies to come out as an emergency, all of them went to voicemail and no return calls. I then called KG Gas service who were thankfully local and Kevin got back to me. I explained my situation and Kevin went above and beyond. It was day off! and he took the time to come out and survey the problem. He then explained clearly what the issue was with my old boiler. Kevin then got me sorted with a new boiler install. His work ethic is excellent. Friendly and approachable. Cleaned up and took away the old boiler. All is good and warm again. Would highly recommend KG Gas Services to everyone. Kevin goes above and beyond and out of his way to help you.

Great service from Kevin and his team. Phoned late on Monday and had an appointment for the next day at 3pm. They came early but phoned ahead to let me know. Boiler serviced and small leek fixed. Super happy with the service received and so much quicker than Scottish Gas where you wait for a fortnight and only get a morning or afternoon appointment! Local resident, stay in Dumbarton, it’s great to know we have these reliable services on our doorstep. Thanks again.

Top class service! Customer service is fantastic. Phoned in the morning and got booked in for a boiler service the same day. I was concerned about a leak which was checked and shown to me that all levels were clear. Very friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Shay was excellent. He came round on time when he said he would and carried out the job I needed him to do to a very high standard and explained exactly what had been done and why. All for a very reasonable price. So many times you get someone in the trade and they aren’t friendly or you feel like you are in their way- not these guys they are super friendly and trustworthy, thank you guys!!

Sent an enquiry Monday of this week, Kevin called me within an hour to discuss details of works required, a new boiler install. Had a quote within the hour and boiler was installed on Wednesday the same week, despite some on site complications not of Kevin’s making.
Very courteous, tidy and hardworking, a pleasure to have in the house.
First class communication before, during and after works.
I will use him for any future requirements and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service. Phoned due to a boiler leak, Shay came out within an hour and identified the problem straight away. Returned the next morning to fit the new part required. Very reasonably priced.
