I am the owner of a Kia Sportage Hybrid 2022 model. I have had the Engine Management System warning light come on at least 5 times in the last six months and my car has had to be returned to the workshop, where they keep it for minimum 3 days and in one case 16 days. They told me that they installed a part, but three weeks later, the light is back on. As I write, the car is yet again being “ diagnosed” . It has cost me a great deal of money in car hire charges, to say nothing of the stress and angst at having to deal with this. I have written to customer services in Portugal - no response. Emailed customer services Kia Europe - no response. They advertise that they value their customers - maybe when you are spending your money to purchase the car, but not when something goes wrong. Unacceptable from a worldwide franchise like Kia!

Absolute Garbage. DO NOT BUY A KIA. I was not able to schedule a service appointment, due to "lack of work force" anywhere in Brandenburg and Berlin. So in my desperation I contacted KIA Germany. The answer was, that they are aware of the problem, but have no solution at present. In other words, the warranty of my KIA will expire, because I can't get it serviced. Total Trash!

I have been waiting 17 months for my car to get repaired properly. It’s a Kia soul EV 64 kWh 2021 model and has had a problem since 6 months from when it was acquired. Kia Iberia have left it basically parked in the garage and have withdrawn essential support such as an adequate substitute car. In any case I am relying on my own initiatives such as using friends’ cars or public transport now while they continue to order replacement parts which take an eternity to arrive. 1500 km in 17 months done, 5 visits to the dealership and average turnaround time 3 months. The marketing of 10 commitments has seriously failed here and the guarantee of 7 years really is. It being honoured. Sorry Kia! What has gone wrong? Why are you no longer responding? Where is the quality control you expect us to believe? This is a disaster buying your brand

We ordered Kia Sportage PHEV and it was promised to be delivered in 5-6 months. Over 9 months passed, however there is no even expected delivery date. As a result, I am loosing 4500 euro BAFA premium. Zero communication and transparancy. Zero respect toward their customers. Stay away from KIA if you value your time, money and nerves!

My car had a gearbox problem, they couldn’t repair the car and didn’t provide me another car, the funny story is that I have 3 Kia cars, now I will not buy Kia anymore and in the end KIA will loose not me, they don’t know how to do business well.

The 7 year guarantee is just a lie, they want to change oil at their shops to squeeze you for more money in period of 7 years, Kia are scammers.
