My experience at Kai Car Dealership in Marin was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Adrian. From start to finish, Adrian made the entire process so streamlined. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and really focused on making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

We love our Kia Niro EV, and like to buy local. Kia of Marin is an excellent Kia dealership in Novato, California where we live. They have a wide variety of new and used vehicles (Kia and Toyota), well-informed sales personnel, and excellent support staff to get you in and on your way in your new or used vehicle. Our sales associate Julio was more than willing to show us a variety of vehicles we wanted to check out. When we focused on one brand, model and color he had it all ready to go when we sat down to purchase it. We would highly recommend Kia of Marin or Novato Toyota for your next vehicle purchase.

Staff were super communicative when I came in for a trailer hitch and for them to diagnose an issue with a parking sensor. They were clear about the time it would take, ordered me cars from and back to the dealership so I wouldn’t have to wait there, and just generally were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I took my Kia in for regular service recently and was pleasantly surprised to find Adrian on staff! He’d been our service guy at Toyota in SF for quite a while and recognized me immediately. After my service was completed quickly and efficiently, I was on my way home. I noticed that the “needs service” alert was still showing, so I called Adrian. He assured me it was a simple re-set and then he did something truly amazing. Adrian offered to swing by my house on his way home to do it himself! Now that’s amazing service!

I was told to bring my Kia in when the engine was finally running hard and needed the manufacturers recall repair (2018 soul) but when I did. I was given the run around over a code “the engine didn’t throw ” they said “it needed spark plugs ($225) they said charged me for engine maintenance But would not let me drive the car off the lot because of how dangerous it still is to drive! It has a loud engine nocking (piston?) then they would only hand the key to the tow truck driver to have my car removed not wanting to hand me the key. They get 1 star for putting on a good act (quoted me $8000. To repair it on my own) but my car is still not drivable. I don’t know where to turn at this point.

Easy to make an appointment online. Staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly. Work was done quickly. Much better experience here than at Kia Serramonte. Well worth the drive up from San Francisco
