I had a great experience getting a bridesmaid's dress hemmed here. The service was quick and the price was the most reasonable I found in the area. I highly recommend Kim's!

Have had dry cleaning and minor alterations done here for a few years. Really good work at a fair price.

I took a jacket in last September because the zipper wasn't working, and I wanted the jacket for winter. The woman said I needed a new zipper and that the jacket would be ready in 10 days. When I went back, the jacket was ready and the bill was $15, which was a pleasant surprise. Fast forward to January, after I had worn the jacket a few times the previous month. The zipper stopped working again, I took it in, and the woman said she would call me. She called me in a couple of hours and said the jacket was ready. When I picked it up, she said it would be $20. She also said she hadn't replaced the zipper in September, and clearly, she had not replaced the zipper, had just gotten it unstuck. Five days later, the zipper got stuck again. I took it back, she shrugged, and said I needed a new zipper. Duh. I took it to another dry cleaner and will never use this establishment again. For the money I paid, I could have had a new zipper from the beginning.

Suzy altered my wedding dress and did a beautiful job. Her regular hemmings and dry cleaning is also great! I've been a happy customer for 2.5 years.

Awesome service, reliable timing, quality work, reasonable pricing.
I've seen some reviews about a male owner, odd because this place is owned and operated by a women (and her daughter occasionally as well). They lives in this neighborhood and have always been kind and genuine.
We are all lucky to have an amazing staple business here, especially one that cares about it's customers. They will bend over backwards to make it work.

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid $70 to get the zipper on my jacket fixed and cleaned. I retrieved my jacket and there was a brand new rip and it was still dirty. When I tried to reason with the owner, he proceeded to yell at me. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!

This is the worst dry cleaner I’ve ever dealt with. Slow turnaround times, my shirts come back dirty, and the lady at the register is just plain rude. Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times because they are a block away from me, but I’ve now come to realize that it’s worth walking with my clothes for 15-20 minutes to a different cleaners.
