Excellent service from KindWater. We recently had a water softener fitted, to replace a cheaper softener installed by our builders when we moved in (it didn't work well).

With the Kinetico system, we’ve noticed a huge difference with our water, skin after showering and taps etc.

Andrew who installed it was great and informative on the system and he also fitted our Franke Brita tap (good addition!). Kirsten was also really helpful on questions we had ahead of installation.

As we purchased this water softener and paid upfront, not renting, we would assume that any problems would be honoured by customer service. Not so. If I want an engineer to come out it will cost me over £100! Really? After 2 telecons, I will be sourcing another company and this one will be disposed of. Great, after paying £1,695. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this company. Beware, their customer service prefers renters! Wish I had known this as an engineer would have come out free of charge!
Incredible but a hard lesson learned.

Our old water softener stopped working after 17 years, one call to Kind water and the knowledgeable receptionist arranged for Jamie to come and discuss our options .
We agreed to the quotation and Jamie returned as agreed, removed our old unit, fitted the new one.
Very neat tidy job, polite and pleasant.
Very happy and highly recommended.

Moved into a property with a water softener unit fitted but didn’t know how to use it. Contacted Kind Water and an engineer came and sorted everything out, explained what he was doing and what I would need to do as well. I cannot recommend this company enough, excellent customer service.

Fantastic company - so pleased I decided to take the plunge after literally years of dithering and getting quotes etc. These guys are definitely the best! From start to finish, an amazing job; they really know what they're doing and have super staff. No hard sales just honest information and fair pricing. I absolutely love my water softener and although I often have some anxiety about work being done in the house my engineer was awesome just cracked on with what was needed with no fuss or mess.
