I have been in Sidmouth for over 3 years but never knew that an amazing place like this existed. Kings has got everything under one roof. A must visit place before Christmas and beyond!

Not visited this Kings before and was pleasantly surprised with all the car parking spaces. Was interested in the stones etc which was conveniently located near the car park.
They also have a large cafe, with lots of homemade cakes etc, some are even vegan and gluten free.

Nipped in for lattes with hubby on way home from Sidmouth. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful looking food. Menu board kept changing whilst we were there and steady stream of delicious looking food coming out the kitchen. We decided on a scone each which were lovely. I had fruit and hubby had cheese. Both to be recommended. Will visit again for a cooked meal.

Today we went to King's Garden Centre Sidmouth as for some Years we have done between here and Exmouth some times having food sometimes not, today we had Jacket potato and Mushroom Omelette with garnish! Come to eating the colesaw was rancid tasting sour like cabbage gone off !Gave us some more different but rubbish whole meals not a lot for price and not piping hot total waste
of money!! Could do better ourselves! Easily No fine cooking example here at all .Once bitten not again .Disgraceful

If you're shopping for plants, seeds or gifts, then Kings Sidmouth has a massive range to choose from. If you're after good coffee and great tasting food, then you'll be a bit disappointed. The shop is big with everything you can imagine for the garden, and that includes dogs, cats and birds aswell. Outdoor furniture for the patio and BBQ's galore for those summer outdoor fry ups. Outdoor torches, garden pots znx plants of every variety. They also gave a small range of organic seeds on offer. The cafe is damn big and I would imagine it fills up on the weekend. The outdoor deck makes for a chilled out coffee and cake break. We had the Devonshire scone and cream which was good, however the double chocolate cake was dry, had fake cream and wasn't worth finishing. The coffee at best was a 5/10 and almost didn't taste like coffee. You'll have to head to Sidmouth for better coffee. The portion sizes are generous at the cafe which is a plus, and you're allowed to have your 4 legged friends with you aswell on the deck, just not in the cafe. There is plenty of parking and quite a few disabled parks. Overall i'd go back if shopping for my dog or if I was after garden bits and pieces.

Visited the cafe for an early breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Waited a long time fir the food in a very cold environment (left jackets on). The food when it came was of poor quality and the only good on the plate that was hot was the tiny sausage.

This is a lovely garden centre to visit if in the area...We stopped off here for something to eat & drink when we were down in Devon on one of our many regular trips to the beautiful county...It has a lovely big restaurant with plenty of seating both inside & outside with lovely views,it is all kept beautifully clean & the staff are all very nice & welcoming....The garden centre itself has all the usual flowers,gardening equipment & gifts,something for everyone...Well worth a visit if you are in the area...👍
