Ian has installed two boilers for me in my previous and current homes after the old ones failed, he's done my annual services for several years now (with a helpful email reminder when due) and even helped quickly sort a power flush. The new boiler that he recommended has an 18 yr warranty and I suspect a higher IQ than me. I recommend Ian to friends, family and colleagues as a highly knowledgeable gas engineer

Ian looked after the boiler at my old place for 10 years and so when I moved he came to look at the boiler in my new house that hadn't been serviced in at least 4 years. It was beyond repair and he sorted a new one out for me within the week, along with someone to flush the pipes. I always recommend him to anyone who needs boiler work as he's very reliable and anytime I've had an issue with my boiler he's been on hand to offer advice or come and fix the problem. Could not recommend him enough.

Ian replaced our boiler, water cylinder & removed our water tank several years ago and has continued to service and maintain the installation annually. His work is of a very high standard, great attitude, has responded when needed and nothing has been any trouble to him. Highly recommended.

I found Kingston Gas Services recommended on the Baxi boiler company website in 2023. Ian appeared to assess my Baxi boiler which we both agreed was a write off. He showed me the problems and fully explained them. The end result was a new Baxi boiler with a 10 year guarantee and fully installed at a price well below those offered by famous national companies. He also replaced my wiring and controls as they were in a very poor state. The whole job was carried out professionally and quickly and Ian involved me and explained things as and when necessary.
He came back this week to carry out the first service and everything was fine, which is what I expected. I have now asked him to carry out further work involving the replacement of ancient radiators.
If you want an honest opinion and a very professional job from somebody with around 40 years experience then Ian is your man. He responds very quickly to enquiries, usually the same day and is prepared to spend time willingly answering questions and fully explaining all aspects of the job. 5 star service.
