Kirsty visited our home and talked us though in depth about the advantages of signing up with UW.. that was over 4 years ago and we haven't looked back. We use the cashback card constantly to get further money off our monthly gas and electric bill. We have never had any problems with UW and have recommend them to friends and family who have also since signed up with Kirsty.
Kirsty knows her stuff she's very thorough, and explains everything in simple terms so easy to understand. Nothing is too much trouble, she's still at the end of the phone if we need any assistance about anything which is great.. UW are easy to contact if need help u like other utility companies.
I would highly recommend kirsty to anyone who is looking at changing their supplier, UW is the way forward ? very happy customers ?

When I was looking to cut down my monthly gas and electric bills Kirsty came to my home, gave me all of the information needed along with a great deal. It’s lovely to see how passionate she is about her job and the company.
Even though Iv been with UW nearly 2 years if I ever have a query about my bill, or if I’m on the right tariff etc Kirsty is always happy to help and always goes to the extra mile to help :). She is a true asset to UW.

I've known Kirsty for far too many years to write the number ? but I've actually only just joined UW?. I'm just over a month in, and couldn't be more content in an otherwise mad world where current finances are concerned!?
So I was reasonably ok with broadband, family mobiles, and energy up until January. I would class myself extremely hung up on getting good deals and would haggle with phone and broadband providers especially (Martin Lewis had nothing on me) and then... Well then my fixed term on energy ran out... Eon wanted £303 a month from £148! With skys prices rumoured to go up for broadband,and 02 with an outrageous price increase looming, I went to Kirsty for help!
Now I can be a nightmare, and I have to know every last detail before committing to decisions! But knowing Kirstys laid-back approach, having quizzed her on absolutely everything - even the daft questions! She had every answer, fluently, and didn't acknowledge the obviousness at times!? I was happy if anything should have gone wrong she would be there.
So as soon as I signed up I got the notifications from UW and from my old providers, and everything went so very smoothly. Sky kept on trying to keep me, offering me what new customers get already - still not saving compared to UW, though!? But I was excited for things to come - more money in MY pocket instead of theirs!!? So after a tiny delay on getting the gas account up and running on my otherwise awesome UW app, I was 100% UW! [This was not an actual issue to be fair, my smart meter showed that my provider had changed, my final bill from Eon came through as expected, and my DD was taken without a hitch. I simply checked in with Kirsty as she did me, and all was kept calm with prompt replies - despite how busy she always is!] I do feel like with all I have on day to day, had I not had Kirsty there to just message to confirm it was ok, I might have been stressing, having to get on the phone and spend time I didn't have, on hold to speak to someone to actually still not be so confident all was actually well. I've spent way too much time with the likes of Scottish power telling me lies about my account! ?
I also absolutely love how quick and easy it is to top up the cashback card ready for spending on all transactions - even if I am in the queue waiting to pay for something! I'm genuinely not spending more to get cash back, even my boys school lunch top ups get me pennies back in the pot!?
So here I am, having just had alerts for sky wanting to go up by £6 a month broadband - the email has overlapped from me leaving (it's a no from me!?) 02 having increases of 13% (no thanks, duck, ta?) and now absolute peace of mind with my energy, mobiles and broadband, adding my £20 cashback from my first month, and £5 in for March already!
So anyways, it's noted this is a rather long review! Sorry!? Who knew you could genuinely get excited over utility bills, huh? So thank you, Kirsty Kay, you're awesome, and saved me a big headache as well as hard earned money each month! Anyone else still on the fence? Get Kirsty round, and get the kettle on!?

Kirsty sorted out my utilities, phone line and broadband with UW when I moved into my home. She made the process very easy and got me a great deal. Been with UW over 4 years now and have since taken out insurance with them. On the rare occasions I’ve needed any help with anything to do with my account Kirsty has dealt with any issues really quickly and I know if can contact her whenever I need to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UW and Kirsty in particular to anyone
