They advised, supplied everything and completed the work quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them and the staff. Great job.

Wouldn’t even give them one star!

Avoid at all cost. The ‘manager’ needs to get some lessons in customer service. Had the most unprofessional phone call from this company.
Our new build boiler was fitted by them and used this company as they fitted it. We booked boiler service as we had a leak, service and parts were fitted. Was charged and paid. The same day we noticed a leak from the boiler, called and asked them to come back and fix this. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged for this. The plumber whom was very nice and helpful came and fitted a new part. Within 20 minutes it was still leaking and had to come back. He come back and made sure it wasn’t leaking anymore.
I then get an invoice through the post after being told I wasn’t going to be changed. The manager said ‘what do you want me to do about it’. He was so rude to me and my partner.

I was due an engineer to come out for a leak on a waste pipe because it wasn't installed correctly in the first place by them. I called to check they were still coming to find out they were on a big job and have no idea when they will arrive. I understand jobs can overrun but the fact they couldn't have the decency to let me know they will be late is appalling. The guy laughed when I said I wanted to speak to a manager and said i am one. When I said I'm going to make a complaint to the developers he said OK ill cancel your appointment! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a manager! If I could use someone else I would have but because it's a new build and they installed it the warranty is with them. The picture attached is the awful installation of the pipework! No wonder I have a leak! If I could put a zero star I Would. Avoid at all costs!

A very poor and unprofessional service from my experience. We had a boiler service and the very next morning it started showing a error code. Booked a engineer to come back and got given a time slot. The engineer didn't show up or call to say wasn't coming. supposedly went to wrong address. so we re booked for another day and again got given a time slot. Waited in again and the engineer arrived 1 hour late after going to another different wrong address. After arriving late, he didn't fix the boiler issue. We got told by the engineer, it's got to fail before they know what's causing the error code.We have used KP Evans many times previous as they installed the boiler in our new build. Would never use again.

Had a very good experience with KP Evans out-of-hours emergency plumbing service. Big thanks to the engineer Paul who arrived quickly, was very courteous and professional and was able to fix the problem and get everything working again quickly. The amount charged was also very reasonable. Many thanks.

Developer used this company to install air source heat pump in our new build property and from day one there are ongoing issues with it. System is not balance correctly, delta T is incorrect causing the heat pump to work harder and causing rocket high electric bills. KP Evans attend our property on numerous occasions and simply refused to even try rectifying the issue. I went to Mitsubishi paid them £240 for the report that is highlighting issues mentioned above and KP Evans is still insisting our system is working as it should and one of their “engineers” has even said that “Mitsubishi don’t know what they are talking about” Company like KP Evans is ruining reputation of renewables energy heating systems. Heat pumps are used in many parts of the Europe where temperatures are way lower than in the UK and people there don’t complain about cold houses. This company is incompetent and I will steer away from them at all costs.

K P Evans installed a new hot water boiler and replacement water pumps at my rental flat. The amount invoiced was massively over the quote and the work proved to have been performed negligently. (The compression pipes to the boiler were not properly tightened and leaked causing damage.) When I contacted K P Evans they refused to acknowledge this fact nor accept any responsibility. Despite being a long standing customer I received absolutely zero customer service. Eventually, I had to sue them in the small claims court where I was awarded the full amount of compensation for the damage plus costs.
