AVOID this company at all costs. Why palletways use this outfit is beyond belief. They leave pallets outside in the rain and take zero care of your freight. It will turn up damaged. Toxic and horrible managers. They supposedly celebrate world mental health day, but in actual fact it’s just for a few pictures on social media for attention. Acting like they care, They are absolute scumbags. They don’t care about anything other than lining their pockets. Your face has to fit or you are isolated, and mistreated immensely. The drivers are the only positive about the company. Avoid working for them or anything to do with them. AVOID

Reading all the other reviews hard to find anyone to have anything good to say no wonder struggle to get 3 stars quite embarrassing especially when you read their mission statement at least they have a sense of humour. Let down by this outfit, customer service is quite clearly not their strongest point.If you are having anything delivered via palletways and they use this outfit for Telford area just go elsewhere.They will find an excuse not to deliver your goods. Read all their reviews it's quite shocking they all can't be wrong.It makes you wonder why management can't sort it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Had this Lovely Gentlemen called Mickie bring my Daughter in laws. Garden Slabs to the House, She lives in a cildesac which is awkward to get into so I asked if he would put the Wooden Pallete closer to the garden which is in the middle of a some Terraced houses so .Mickie put the Pallette as close as he could to the grass Verge so we didn't have to walk to far to move them into the Garden so Many Thanks .Mickie for a Job Well done 10/10 ......Kind Regards Helen C.

Driver turned up, had a fit as he walked asked to wait 10mins to be loaded. Have been told to drop it off at their depot if I would like it to go today.......couldn't give me a time of how long it would be to be unloaded at their depot. Fantastic service 😡
