I can't say enough good things about the incredible service provided by Martin, Lee, Nam, and Luke. I had a punctured tyre in my way to work at Huddersfield Royal hospital. From the moment I reached out, they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. Their expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. Their warm and welcoming approach made the experience even better. It's rare to find a team that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers, but these guys do it effortlessly.

Tariq, the guy on reception was brilliant friendly and could not do enough to accommodate. He was such a gent and worked really hard to make sure every customer was looked after. I have never encountered such a conscientious hard working customer service rep at a garage before, he is an absolute credit to your company

I recently had a terrible experience at Kwik Fit Huddersfield on Leeds Road. They failed my car on issues that are completely road legal and claimed some of those issues were “dangerous defects”?!? I took it to another garage for a second opinion, and surprise surprise, it passed the MOT with just a few advisories, no dangerous defects. As the daughter of a mechanic, I can confidently say that Kwik Fit are nothing but cowboys. My father is constantly fixing their mistakes and has even been sent cars from Kwik Fit because they can't fix them! (not this Kwik fit specifically but still the same bunch) It’s frustrating to see such incompetence in a service that should be reliable. They should really stick to fitting tyres because their overall service is appalling. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm not physically able to put air in the car tyres. I called at Kwikfit on Leeds Road and the two guys could not have been nicer - so helpful and friendly, didn't make me feel useless! Thanks so much, you were great, and I will be back 🙂

Absolutely superb service! Large bolt through rear tyre early on a Saturday morning. Everywhere booked out. The wonderful Jamie and crew managed to squeeze me in at 9.30. It's my wife's car, and she's a midwife on call. So, to Jamie and your team, you are potentially life savers! Thank you!!
