Very good customer service for MOT. Very professional, fast and efficient. Nice lounge for customers to sit in whilst waiting, quiet and good background music. The wifi worked well. Competitive prices. Will go back for sure.

Had my car in this morning for 4 new tyres. Was greeted on arrival by Wayne and Brendon carried out the works. Friendly service and a positive experience from both. Car was booked in for 8.30am and was in taken straight in. The wheel alignment check was carried out and Wayne explained the results to me along with a printout and I agreed to have it carried out whilst I waited. Outside seating was nice whilst the sun was out and definitely the smartest Kwik Fit I've been to. Thank you!

DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I originally took my lease car to them for the first time after driving it for three years with no issues as I am a careful driver. I was only booked in for a check up but while they had it they advised the brakes needed changing. They did the job however straight away I noticed they were making a noise that they hadn't previously. I thought it may just be down to them being new and needed breaking in so I did not go back straight away. It went on till summer 2024 and I then took the car back as the noise was so loud it was embarrassing driving the vehicle and I was concerned for my safety. I got in touch with the leasing company who told me to take it back. I booked it back in and they said it was not making noise and was fine but they did change the back breaks. I had to then take a video to send as proof to the leasing company that it was still making a very loud noise. They booked me in again after the leasing company pressured them and they changed the front pads and discs again. After this, it was still making noise and this time I took it to the mercedes garage and they told me they had not been fitted properly. As i was tired of going back and forwards with these cowboys, I decided to let mercedes benz fix the brakes and paid them out of my own pocket, even though I was paying a service plan with the leasing company. When I picked up the car from mercedes, they told me the back discs were warped and this was not even a month after they were done. At that point I bought the car from the leasing company and then made a complaint to kwik fit who called me after nearly 2 months. They tried to tell me they had not changed the discs. They only changed the pads. I knew they were lying and contacted the leasing company to confirm that the discs were indeed changed, which they confirmed. I called kwik fit back and when they realised they had been caught out, they said the guarantee was to the leasing company, not the job they carried out. I find this whole thing disgusting, the customer service is diabolical and they have a bunch of inexperienced kids working there so they don't have to pay the proper rates for experienced staff. I witnessed a member of staff driving a BMW X5 there and nearly smashed it into the wall, I told the receptionist I hope he wont be driving my car to which she replied oh its his own car! He was in uniform and I would advise to steer clear. Avoid at all costs.

The guy was superb, really upbeat, friendly and authentic, explained everything thoroughly. I was booked in and it didn’t take long at all. I was shown the problem, guy explained the remedy which was very cost effective and came with guarentee. Environment was calming and clean, bit of music on and comfy chairs, dare I say I enjoyed it lol

What great guys here! The man on reception last Saturday was informative without being patronising, quick, didn't even charge me for a provisional look at my exhaust, told me exactly what to do to stay safe. I've always had excellent customer service with Kwikfit as a company. I'm definitely taking my car back there. ( Fairly close to Dunelm, so if i need to kill some while they're looking it at the car next time, that's pretty handy too ; )

Car was booked in for 11.30 Saturday morning, I arrived about 20 mins early for my booked appt time. I was very warmly welcomed and reassured being early wasn't an issue and they could start earlier.

Asked what my concerns were with tyres. Car was taken in straight away and within a few minutes I was advised what was found and also shown an image of the nail in the tyre shoulder.

Very clear on options, no pressure or upselling to expensive brands.

Everything was explained including the time it would take to replace the two front tyres. Also told about the rear tyres in terms of tread and state of them which was welcome and reassuring news.

Overall very happy with the service and staff were great - sorrty didn't get their names but they really were great!
