It was the same day MOT on a bank holiday day. What else would the ADHD me value more than someone who can save the day after I've forgotten about such an important thing? The entire experience was smooth and easy. A decent human to greet me and talk to, MOT service provided timely, without unnecessary time wasting. And online booking is just a cherry on the top.

after wheel alignment test and adjustment completed the front left wheel couldn't be aligned properly according to the fitter..i was still charged even though the job wasn't completed ?‍♂️..won't use again 4 tyres fitted also

They tried to rip my wife off by telling her that 2 nails were in it, really close together and so it could not be repaired, then, we’re going to charge her £40 more than quoted online for a tyre that didn’t even match what was on the car. Strangely enough, while I was watching they only found a single screw, in the main tread pattern which could be repaired.?‍♂️?‍♂️

Not your fitters fault, but a couple of wheel adjusters on my car were completely seized and he was unable to free them, so part of the wheel alignment procedure couldn't be completed. So, was disappointed with the outcome, but not the service which was excellent. Highly recommended.

All explained and done quickly, also mentioned that I can come back in a few weeks for a free realignment in case something goes wrong so that's great
