I've worked with LA for over 8 years and found them professional to deal with. The team had always maintained excellent communication throughout the recruitment process. Every time I asked a question, I had received a quick and prompt reply from my account manager (Jake Murphy). Having left them and come back, there are some that quibble on here about awkwardness when you leave, but as long as you don't break their T&C's (you signed a contract, so you honour it) then they are very understanding. I would recommend in the future.

Excellent service received from LA, I have been with them for over two and a half years, my main contacts have been my client account manager and the payments team.

My client account manager is always happy to assist where possible and always has time to listen when there is an upstream problem in the lengthy chain of resources involved in completing the payment process.

Due to issues with my previous accountants I had regular reasons to contact the payments team, who have always been extremely helpful, proactive and reliable, assisting me with getting remittances paid as quickly as possible whenever that has been a problem, which I should add has never been down to LA, but it is LA payments team who help me pick up the pieces.

I highly recommend this company to anyone.
