Had to visit on our way home from a fab few days away! It did not disappoint what a warm welcome from the store manager! The store was empty as it was 9 am Saturday morning. The huge tree outside was a sight to see and the vast mix of Christmas product was unreal. Yep we spent a bit!!!!!!
We had a good catch up with the manager whom explained were the tree came from and were to take the best pictures of the store. We finished our visit with the breakfast sanie ( which was huge and a fab coffee and fresh orange) weldone on an amazing store.

An impromptu trip to Lakeland this morning resulted in a leisurely shopping experience & 2 lovely meals.

As I browsed around the store, my husband went to the cafe to read his paper. He ordered soup & a sandwich with a pot tea. In his words, it totally hit the spot)!

After buying a few items I wanted & some I didn’t actually need, I headed upstairs for some lunch too.

I had the goats cheese & beetroot salad which was soooooo tasty!!!!! The crispy mushroom balls were scrumptious too & we actually asked how they were made 🤭

All the staff in the store & cafe were helpful, polite & very pleasant. It was an absolute pleasure to visit. Plus we got 10% off our meal with our Lakeland Card - it was a win/win/win all round 👍

Such a simple concept - when the shop is busy they open more tills - could you please explain to other shops that this is an excellent idea. Gorgeous hot chocolate on a damp day and dog friendly too.

Really good kitchen shop. Good range of goods for the home. Cafe upstairs is nice with good cakes. Had one Gluten free brownie option. Coffee was good and staff really helpful

This bright airy store is amazing with thousands of cooking, baking and it seems every other food/drink preparation device that is made. I recommend allowing at least an hour to browse all the display stands. Don't leave without visiting the restaurant upstairs whether you want coffee and cake or something more substantial. The menu is full of special treats. Make sure you are hungry if you order afternoon tea.

Always go in Lakeland wherever we are , if there is 1. Knew this was the flagship store so had a wider range of products and plenty of them. The staff we asked for help were very helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Always top class service in all the stores. Great products as always

Tend not to review shops but I like Lakeland. I buy accessories for my chocolate truffle making hobby. The parchment is particularly good. Also a great cafe for breakfast. Generally sells good quality good. Close to ttain station and Booths.

Ended up here kind of by accident and stayed. There is so much to see and explore. The staff was kind, friendly and very hospitable. We will be back for purchases.

We also visited the cafe. The staff was friendly and we tried their two gluten free options. Simply delish. We are going back for that too!

We did go back and had lunch before the train. Such delight food!
What a gem of a store!
