Absolutely 5 Star service and workmanship, not to mention the effort they put in managing to get our flu run down a 200 year old chimney, with all sorts of oddities... I know that most other companies would have just given up, but they persevered and even though it took them the whole day and they looked like a group of coal miners, they managed to get it all done and the job finished. They also removed and reinstalled an older fire we had so that they could fit a new hearth and surround, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We wouldn't use anyone else now.

Fabulous work by the excellent team at Lakeland Energy! Advice from Tracy and Gaynor in the showroom helped us choose our gas fire, hearth and surround, then Nathan helped us refine that choice when he visited to survey and quote. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and simple, all appointments and time scales were met, all work was of the highest quality, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again should we need to. Thankyou so very much to all of you, we love our fire which, by the way....has the perfect heat output for the size of our room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic timing! Nathan & Dan from the super-efficient Lakes Energy just managed to install my new gas fire before The Beast from the East struck. (-9C).
Great job and no mess. In fact the lounge looked cleaner after they left than it had for many a month!!
Clever gas fire with thermostatic control, so can be left unattended and the lounge is always warm. (That is until the gas supply was cut off last weekend for 12 hours due to a fault in the mains reducer valve out in the main road. Not the fault of Lakes Energy, I hasten to add!!)
I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and am very grateful to all the staff there who are most helpful.

Just want to say a massive thanks to the team at Lakes Energy Centre for sorting us out so quickly with a new boiler after our old one packed in 5 days ago, with a newborn baby we were quite desperate!
Excellent service as always, can not recommend lakes energy centre enough!

We needed to replace our stove glass as it was broken, but some well baked on screws needed removing first.The little blighters didn't want to budge to say the least. Having given them a good soak in WD40, alot of brute force and some choice words, we decided some advise would be good. SO, after a visit to Lakes Energy for glass clips, and some good advise on how to shift said screws, we headed home to try again. Next day we had to admit defeat and ring Lakes Energy. They came out the same day, removed the screws, tapped new holes for shiney new screws, restrung the stove and fitted our glass. We couldn't have been any happier, or more grateful. A more pleasant and helpful team you could not wish to meet, from front of house, reception, and the boss man who came out himself to do the job. We would highly recommend Lakes Energy to anyone. A huge big thank you, to you all. Thank you.

Just had a new combi boiler fitted by nathan at lakes energy centre. Excellent service from start to finish. Good no nonsense advice and prompt. Very neat and tidy job, old boiler taken away too. All done with minimal disruption. Have already recommended their services to others.

Just had our log burner taken out and a new gas fire put in. Cannot say how pleased we were with the Lakes Energy centre. From the girls in the office to Nathan, Dan and Ashley, so efficient, pleasant and tidy. Very pleased with our new fire, thank you

This company installed a gas fire for my mother with the utmost efficiency. Dealing with them was a pleasure, with all the team being extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Lakes Energy Centre to everyone in the area.
