I drove past this en-route to Heathrow airport. As I drove past, it smelt strongly of incomplete combustion. I am confident the smell was coming from this incineration plant because the exhaust gases were visible blowing across the road because of the wind direction. I drove past the plant 45 minutes later on my return trip and it still smelt.
